September Rewind

Can you believe it's October? I just checked the forecast for the week and it's supposed to go down to single digits by Wednesday and flurries for Thursday and Friday. Ack. This does not bode well for a family shindig we'd planned for Saturday. Oh well. Cold temperatures are very conducive to hibernating so maybe I'll finally catch up on my reading, huh? Sigh. Not bloody likely.

In case you missed it, I applied and was selected as one of the reviewers for Brazen Reads - a site dedicated to everything Romance books. We also review Urban Fantasy and Erotica. When you have a minute, please check out the website. It's a little intimidating at first, considering the company I keep. Oh the pressure! It also doesn't help that I'm not used to using WordPress but Pam of Bookalicious was so helpful and so nice that I got through my first post just fine.

I also finally broke the thousand followers mark here on the blog! YAYAYAYAY! Y'all are awesome. I love you...and you...and you...and most especially, YOU. I couldn't have done it without the incredible support from all y'all. 

I read 30 books this month. Shocking. I can't believe it. Unfortunately, some of those books will not be reviewed on my blog. See, I've been reading a lot of Erotica lately and I've finally realized that some of my followers will probably not appreciate those type of books. So I decided that I need an outlet for these adult books. A brand new blog is in its inception stage where I can pretty much let it all hang out -say what I want to say without the fear of offending someone. Not that it had stopped me before [smirks].
